Company registration

We perform registration of new entrepreneurs and organisations in the Company Register (CR) of the Republic of Latvia, introduce changes in registration documents and ensure re-registration and receipt of notices from CR.

Further useful information:

• We arrange registration for entrepreneurs and representations and representatives of organisations, cooperative societies, European economic interest groups, European commercial societies and European cooperation societies.
• We process documentation to be submitted by insolvency subjects during legal protection and insolvency processes.
• We procure notices and registration copies about registered companies and certification of entrepreneurs’ signatures upon the customer’s request.
• We collect data on companies’ insolvency processes and their stages in accordance with the information available in CR and upon the customer’s request.
